Parents and guardians do not need to apply for the free trial during the first month after enrollment. If you would like to use it, please tell your childcare facility directly.
If you wish to continue with paid service from the following month, please apply separately by the 25th of the free-trial month in principle. The service will not automatically switch to paid use.
Example: If April is the free-trial month and you want paid service from May, apply by April 25. If your facility provides different instructions, please follow them.
