You can suspend the service for one month, starting next month or the following month. The subscription automatically resumes after the suspension month.
Use “Temporary suspension” in the Parent Menu. For two months or longer, or if you do not plan to resume, use the cancellation or contract-change procedure. Conditions may differ for facility-paid or corporate contracts.
