What is the deadline and procedure for cancellation?

Please make a request through the form below by the last day of the last month you wish to use the service. If you miss the last day of the month, the usage fee for the next month will be charged. For example, if you wish to cancel at the end of March, please make a request by March 31st.

◯For corporate payment (paid collectively by the childcare facility to us)
The cancellation method varies depending on the childcare facility you use, so please contact your childcare facility.

◯Regarding the notification of payment completion after cancellation
Omutsu Company's usage fee is paid monthly. We will settle the monthly usage fee in the registered method around the 27th of every month.

Therefore, even if you cancel in the same month, you will receive a payment completion notification on the 27th of the same month (for credit cards) or around the 5th of the following month (for bank transfers). However, as mentioned above, that payment is only for the usage fee of the same month, so please be assured.

Example: If you request cancellation on January 20th, the cancellation will be effective at the end of January. However, since this service is paid monthly, the usage fee for January will be settled on January 27th.
